The Kalphite Lair, west of the Shantay Pass — Teleport interface → Slayer → Kalphite Lair, climb down the tunnel entrance, then Climb-down the tunnel entrance on the east side of the hive.

Mechanics

Two forms with 255 hitpoints each; both use melee, ranged and magic (the ranged and magic attacks always hit, up to 31).
The first form resists ranged and magic (60% less damage) — use melee; the second, flying form resists melee — use ranged or magic.
Switch prayers as she switches styles; she hits very hard unprotected.
Drops the Dragon chainbody, Dragon 2h sword, Kq head, Jar of sand and the Kalphite princess pet.
No rope or light source is needed: the tunnel entrances are open.
